FAQ & Contact
Yes. In fact, the most effective way for us to determine the scope of your legal needs is to have a conversation. We’re confident we can steer you in the right direction and set your expectations for our representation of you.
Bonine Law offers legal services in areas of estate planning, probate administration and litigation, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, divorce, custody, child support, step-parent adoptions, and prenuptial agreements. We represent clients in reviewing their documents and agreements, in preparation for and participation in mediations and evaluations, and through the litigation process.
We offer both depending on what services are needed. In some cases, it is easy to determine exactly what is needed for the client. In that case, it is likely a flat rate will be most beneficial to the client. An hourly rate is more beneficial to the client in other cases. Bonine Law is committed to providing outstanding service and reasonable rates. We communicate the terms of our services at the outset of our representation.
Bonine Law is committed to making our legal services convenient to you. Depending on the purpose of the meeting, it may be most efficient to meet at your home, our office, or a place where a notary and witnesses can be obtained.
